We at Verdantas , looking for Data Migration Specialist to join our team.

This role will provide critical support for migrating legacy ERP data into Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, with a robust focus on data accuracy, integrity, reconciliation, and reporting readiness, leveraging SQL expertise, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.

/n

Job Responsibilities:

/n

/n
Collaborate with project teams to define data migration requirements.

/n
Analyze and map data structures between legacy systems and Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.

/n
Develop, test, and execute SQL-based migration scripts and procedures.

/n
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.

/n
Execute production data migrations and provide post-migration support.

/n
Design and customize reports using Microsoft Visual Studio.

/n
Create and maintain workflows in Deltek Vantagepoint.

/n




Serve as a subject matter expert for Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.

/n

Skills :

/n

Technology: Advanced SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, ETL, Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.

/n
Communication: Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

/n
Attention to Detail: Solid focus on data accuracy and validation.

/n
Analytical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Confidentiality: Understanding of data security and compliance requirements.

Education and Experience:

/n

/n
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

/n
5+ years of experience in data migration and Microsoft SQL Server development.

/n
Hands-on experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint is required.

/n
