Domestic IT Recruiter

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing/Recruitment. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality IT talent, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving positions to closure within defined TAT.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT requirements across multiple clients and technologies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, CTC, location, notice period, and overall fit.
Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure quality profiles are submitted within agreed TAT.
Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, and joining closure.
Proactively manage candidates to minimize offer drops, no-shows, and joining dropouts.




Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT candidates.
Maintain accurate updates in ATS, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely closure.
Meet recruitment productivity, TAT, submission, interview, offer, and joining targets.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.
Solid hands-on sourcing experience using Naukri and LinkedIn.
Positive understanding of IT skills, technologies, and market availability.
Strong screening, candidate engagement, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong ownership and commitment to quality and closure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Preferred Experience
Experience in IT Staffing, RPO, Recruitment Consulting, IT Services, GCC, or Product companies.
Exposure to contract, permanent, and volume hiring.
Experience handling niche/difficult-to-close IT requirements.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment MIS.
