Job Title: Sr. Manager / AGM – Business Development

Location: Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore

Qualification:
Graduation or Post Graduation in Sales & Marketing

Experience:
7–12 years of relevant experience in the Facility Management (FM) industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop CXO-level relationships to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand customer business needs and provide customized solutions.
Present the company's value proposition effectively through proposals and presentations.
Plan and drive new business development and marketing initiatives.
Identify and pursue new business prospects through market research and networking.
