About H125 – Vemgal, Kollar Tata Advanced Systems is establishing the

H125 Final Assembly Line (FAL) at Vemgal, Karnataka , for the manufacturing and assembly of Airbus H125 helicopters in India. The facility will support key manufacturing, assembly, testing and delivery activities, requiring robust and integrated manufacturing processes and systems.

we are looking for The

Lead SAP Consultant

will be responsible for supporting core

Discrete Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing processes

for the H125 facility, with primary focus on

SAP PP, MM, QM and SD .



The role will work closely with plant business users and the Corporate SAP team to ensure smooth SAP operations and timely resolution of functional issues.

Provide first-level functional SAP support to plant end-users across

PP, MM, QM and SD

processes. Assist end-users in promptly resolving

SAP master data and transactional data errors . Collaborate with business users and the

Corporate SAP team

to close SAP incidents and change requests within defined timelines. Lead

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

for incident resolutions, system enhancements and new process developments. Conduct continuous training sessions for

key users and end-users

to strengthen SAP process adoption. Support smooth execution of SAP-enabled

discrete/MTO manufacturing processes

at the plant. Requirements Strong experience in

SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing – mandatory . Functional expertise in

SAP PP , with good integration knowledge of

MM, QM and SD . Experience supporting

Discrete / Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing

environments. Strong exposure to plant-level SAP support, incident management, change requests, UAT and end-user training. Prior SAP experience within the

Aerospace & Defence manufacturing industry

will be highly advantageous. Education: Relevant Experience:

Minimum

7–10 years in SAP Manufacturing , with solid experience in

SAP PP

and integration with

MM, QM & SD . B.E./B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Computer Science / IT) or MCA/M.Sc. IT or equivalent qualification. Preferred:

SAP S/4HANA certification in

PP / Manufacturing

or relevant SAP functional modules.
