SALES MANAGER – DELHI NCR Can you turn relationships across Delhi NCR into bookings, partnerships and revenue?
Olivetrotter Wilderness Reserve & Wellness Retreat is looking for an experienced, energetic and target-driven hospitality sales professional to lead corporate, travel-trade, events and resort sales across Delhi NCR.
com Olivetrotter is a distinctive lakeside retreat offering premium stays, corporate off-sites, conferences, celebrations, weddings, wellness experiences and nature-based getaways. This is an chance to play a key role in expanding our presence among corporate clients, travel partners, event planners and premium leisure travellers.
Develop corporate, institutional, travel-trade, group, events and leisure business across Delhi NCR
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR teams, administrative heads, travel desks, travel agents, tour operators, wedding planners and event companies
• Generate room bookings, corporate retreats, conferences, off-sites, weddings, group stays and food-and-beverage business
• Conduct regular field visits, sales calls, presentations, networking meetings and client follow-ups
• Organise familiarisation visits, property inspections and sales presentations
• Maintain an updated client database and prepare sales pipelines, visit reports and revenue forecasts




• Represent Olivetrotter at relevant travel, hospitality and corporate networking events
• Four to eight years of experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, travel or destination-property sales
• A strong existing network among Delhi-NCR corporates, travel agencies, tour operators and event planners
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills
• A self-motivated, commercially focused professional who is comfortable with field-based sales
• Someone based in Delhi NCR and willing to travel regularly for business development
