Hiring: Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud Functional Consultant (US, India & KSA/UAE) Work Mode: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 6+ Years We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud Functional Consultant with solid expertise in US, India, and GCC (KSA/UAE) Payroll . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll implementations, configuring statutory payroll requirements, and supporting multi-country payroll solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud implementations across US, India, KSA, and UAE. Configure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, balances, payroll calendars, and costing. Implement statutory payroll compliance for: US: Federal, State & Local Taxes, W-2, W-4, ACA, Garnishments, Year-End Processing India: PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Form 16, Form 24Q, Gratuity, Investment Declarations KSA: GOSI, WPS, Mudad Integration, End-of-Service Benefits UAE: WPS/SIF, End-of-Service Benefits, GCC Pension Develop Payroll Fast Formulas and configure payroll costing, balance feeds, and GL integrations. Integrate Payroll with Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and ERP Financials. Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT, Parallel Runs, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support.



Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, configuration workbooks, and end-user training materials. Evaluate quarterly Oracle updates and recommend configuration changes where required. Required Skills Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Cloud Multi-country Payroll (US, India & GCC) Payroll Fast Formula Development Payroll Costing & GL Configuration HCM Data Loader (HDL) OTBI & BI Publisher Reporting Payroll Integrations Payroll Reconciliation & Year-End Processing Experience Required ✔ 6+ Years in Oracle HCM Cloud ✔ 5+ Years in US Payroll ✔ 4+ Years in India Payroll ✔ 3+ Years in KSA/UAE Payroll ( Mandatory ) ✔ Minimum 3 Full-Cycle Oracle HCM Implementations ✔ 3+ Years of Payroll Fast Formula Experience Preferred Certification Oracle Payroll Cloud Certified Implementation Professional (2025 or later) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience delivering global payroll implementations across multiple countries. Knowledge of payroll accounting, reconciliation, and HRMS/ERP migrations. Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an added advantage.
