Role Description The Quality Control Technician role is a full-time, in office position based in Tirupati. The technician will perform routine quality checks on materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting laboratory tests, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, documenting results, and reporting deviations or nonconformities.





The role involves collaborating with production and quality assurance teams to investigate issues, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. The technician will also assist in maintaining quality records, following safety and cleanliness protocols in the laboratory, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with experience in inspection, testing, and documentation.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret test data, identify trends, and support problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.
- Practical Laboratory Skills, including handling samples, performing tests, and following established protocols.
- Ability to operate and maintain Laboratory Equipment relevant to electronics and materials testing.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of quality standards and basic statistical quality control methods is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in reporting, and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
