Role Description The Quality Control Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai. This role is responsible for monitoring construction activities, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and company quality policies.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting inspections and tests, documenting findings, reporting non-conformities, and coordinating corrective actions with project engineers and site supervisors. The specialist will maintain quality records, support internal and external audits, and help implement quality improvement initiatives.



The role also involves working closely with safety and project management teams to promote consistent, high-quality outcomes on all construction sites.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for construction projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to support compliance and continuous improvement.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of IS code Practice or equivalent quality standards applicable to construction materials and processes.
- Relevant experience in construction quality inspection, materials testing, or site supervision is beneficial.
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications are important.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on-site, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with quality reporting tools, basic MS Office, and safety regulations in construction is an advantage.
