Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits across outlets for SOP, hygiene, food safety and operational compliance
Check inventory, wastage, COGS and operational processes
Monitor adherence to company standards and identify gaps
Prepare detailed audit reports and track corrective actions
Work closely with Store Managers and Area Managers to improve compliance
Ensure consistency in product quality, service and customer experience
? What We’re Looking For:
Experience in QSR / Restaurant / Food Retail operations
Positive understanding of food safety, hygiene and operational SOPs
Strong observation and analytical skills
Willingness to travel across Mumbai outlets
Ability to communicate findings clearly and drive corrective action
FOSTAC certification will be an added advantage
