About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QC Executive with hands-on experience in modular interior production and furniture manufacturing.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality throughout the production and packing process and ensuring that correct and complete project components are dispatched without preventable production errors or missing panels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks on finished interior production components.
- Verify panels against approved drawings, cut lists and production requirements.
- Check dimensions, drilling, edge banding, laminates, finishes and other production details.
- Identify incorrect, damaged or defective components.
- Coordinate with the production team for immediate rectification.
- Conduct project-wise checking of completed production.
- Identify missing and pending panels before packing.
- Maintain project-wise QC checklists.
- Conduct 100% checking during the packing stage.
- Verify that all panels and components required for each project are packed.
- Ensure components are properly identified and organized project-wise.
- Maintain records of defects, pending panels and rectification.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning and Dispatch teams.
- Provide QC clearance before dispatch.
- Identify recurring quality issues and report them to management.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Interior Production QC / Furniture QC / Interior Manufacturing.
- Experience in modular furniture and residential interior production.
- Good knowledge of plywood, MDF, laminates, veneer, acrylic and other interior materials.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and cut lists.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with project-wise quality checking and packing.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work on the factory floor.
