Job Responsibilities:

Test Automation: Design, build, and maintain scalable UI automation frameworks for web applications using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript or

Python).

AI and Low-Code Testing: Integrate and optimize smart testing workflows using AI-driven and low-code test automation tools like ACCELQ, Testsigma,

or Katalon Studio.

Mobile Testing: Develop and execute native and hybrid mobile test suites for iOS and Android using Appium.

Unit Testing Alignment: Author and structure comprehensive test suites using industry-standard unit testing frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, NUnit,

PyTest, or Mocha.

Performance and Load Testing: Create, execute, and analyze load, stress,

and endurance test scripts using tools like JMeter or k6 to measure system throughput and bottleneck limits.

Scale and Reliability Validation: Collaborate with DevOps and backend engineering teams to test system behavior under high concurrency, high volume, and distributed cloud scales.

Monitoring Observability: Monitor test execution health and production systems using Playwright Trace Reports, Datadog, Grafana, ReportPortal.io,

and playwright.mroads.co.

CI/CD Integration: Embed and run automated functional, performance, and low-code test suites inside continuous integration pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub

Actions, GitLab CI).

API Testing: Validate backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices behavior using Postman or RestAssured.

Defect Lifecycle: Identify, log,



and track defects, performing deep-dive log analysis and performance metrics evaluation to troubleshoot root causes.

Requirements Qualifications

Experience: 5 to 8 years of hands-on software quality assurance and automation engineering experience.

Coding and Unit Testing: Strong proficiency in programming languages like

TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or C#, alongside practical experience in JUnit,

TestNG, NUnit, PyTest, or Mocha.

Core and Low-Code Tooling: Expert-level experience with Playwright for web,

Appium for mobile, and modern AI/low-code tools like ACCELQ, Testsigma, or

Katalon Studio.

Performance Expertise: Demonstrated experience designing high-

concurrency load tests and analyzing performance metrics (latency, error rates, CPU/memory utilization) using JMeter or k6.

Observability Skills: Proven ability to debug and report on system health using Playwright Trace Reports, Datadog, Grafana.

Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP,

or Azure), containerization (Docker), and source control (Git).

Mindset: Solid understanding of shift-left testing, microservices architecture,

and scalable system constraints.
