Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications and automation scripts using Python.

Write and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation and operational activities.

Work with Unix commands, file systems, processes, permissions, and system utilities.

Develop scripts for data processing, file handling, monitoring, and batch processing.

Troubleshoot application and production issues in Unix/Linux environments.

Analyze logs and perform root-cause analysis for technical issues.

Automate repetitive operational and application-support activities.

Work with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and other data formats.

Integrate Python applications with databases and external systems.

Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.

Prepare technical documentation and operational procedures.
