We are looking for an experienced Python Developer / Associate Manager with strong expertise in Python programming and software development. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Python
- Design clean, scalable, and high-performance code
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully
- Participate in code reviews,
testing, and deployment activities
- Follow best practices for coding, security, performance, and maintainability
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Required Skills
8+ years of overall IT experience
Solid hands-on experience with Python Programming
Strong software development and problem-solving skills
Experience working on enterprise-scale applications
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work independently as well as lead technical activities
