Job Summary

We are looking for a Python Backend Developer with 3+ years of experience in backend development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, REST APIs, microservices, and backend frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Basic to intermediate exposure to AI/Generative AI, such as integrating LLMs or AI APIs into applications, will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Integrate AI services or LLM APIs into backend applications where required.
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and optimize backend performance.
- Deploy and maintain applications using Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable,



and high-performance solutions.
- Follow best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Python backend development.
- Strong experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
- Basic knowledge or hands-on exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or AI API integrations (OpenAI, Gemini, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Good understanding of JWT/OAuth, API security, and backend architecture.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to LangChain, RAG, Prompt Engineering, or Vector Databases.
- Experience deploying AI-enabled backend applications.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
