Role Description This is a full-time, in office Purchasing Executive role based in Mumbai.

The Purchasing

Executive will handle end-to-end purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating procurement for interior fit-out materials, fixtures, and services. The role involves sourcing vendors, obtaining quotations,



negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with project schedules.

The Purchasing

Executive will collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and the manufacturing facility to maintain optimal inventory levels and cost efficiency. The role also includes maintaining accurate purchasing records, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Management, including handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid Procurement skills, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Candidates should have effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in purchasing or procurement within construction, interiors, manufacturing, or related industries is beneficial.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP or purchasing software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work to tight project timelines.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates must have an experience of min 2-3 years.
