Role Description

As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day purchase activities, vendor coordination, quotation comparison, purchase orders, material follow-up, bill verification, and maintaining proper purchase records. The role involves close coordination with project/site teams, stores, accounts, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate purchase requirements from project, site, office and other departments
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and prepare quotation comparison statements
- Coordinate with vendors regarding price, quality, availability and delivery
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and suitable commercial terms
- Prepare Purchase Orders and obtain necessary approvals
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Coordinate with Site, Stores, Accounts and other departments for purchase requirements




- Verify supplier bills, invoices and supporting purchase documents
- Maintain vendor records, quotation records, Purchase Orders and purchase trackers
- Monitor pending orders and delivery status
- Support vendor development and maintain good supplier relationships
- Maintain proper purchase documentation and project-wise purchase records
- Assist in purchase cost control and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

- Any Graduate / B.Com / relevant qualification
- 2–5 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation
- Knowledge of ERP / Tally will be an added advantage
- Good vendor coordination and negotiation skills
- Valuable communication and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Willingness to coordinate with project/site locations when required

Experience: 2–5 years in a similar role

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month
