Role Description The Public Relations Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This role involves developing and executing PR strategies for personal brand clients, including drafting press releases, preparing media pitches, and coordinating interviews or features. The specialist will manage media relations, maintain press lists, monitor coverage, and track campaign performance.

Daily work includes collaborating with internal teams on creative concepts, supporting content creation for campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across channels.



The role also requires staying informed about industry trends and recommending PR tactics that align with client goals and brand positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong public relations and strategic communications skills, with the ability to plan and implement effective PR campaigns.
- 1-2 years of experience
- Experience creating and distributing press releases, including crafting clear, compelling, and newsworthy content.
- Excellent communication and media relations skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.
- Ability to develop audience-focused messaging, adapt communication styles for different platforms, and represent clients professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
