Role Description The Pulp Mill Process In-Charge is a full time, on-site role based at the Dera Bassi facility. The role is responsible for overseeing daily pulp mill operations, including monitoring production processes, optimizing pulp quality,



and ensuring efficient use of raw materials, chemicals, and utilities.

The Pulp Mill Process

In-Charge will coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime, maintain process parameters, and uphold safety and environmental standards. The role involves analyzing process data, identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The position also includes training and guiding pulp mill operators, preparing operational reports, and collaborating with plant management to meet production targets and cost objectives.

Qualifications

- Diploma/ B. Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Technology or a related discipline; prior experience in pulp mills or fibre-based manufacturing is an advantage.
