We are looking for a skilled Proposal Writer to manage end-to-end RFX responses for public and private sector clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong writing, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills to deliver compelling, compliant, and high-quality proposals.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
- 4-6 years of proposal writing experience.
- Experience writing responses for SaaS solutions.
- Robust project management, communication, and technical writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage RFP/RFQ/RFX response processes from planning to submission.
- Develop, tailor, and edit persuasive proposal content.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Ensure proposal compliance, accuracy,



and adherence to requirements.
- Coordinate subject matter experts and manage proposal timelines.
- Conduct proposal reviews, revisions, and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain and enhance proposal content libraries (e.g., Loopio).
