Position: Office Stacking / Property Sourcing Executive – Commercial Leasing

Experience: 5–6 Years

Location: Pune / MMR / Bengaluru / Hyderabad

Reporting To: City Leasing Head

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Office Stacking / Property Sourcing Executive to identify and onboard quality office spaces for lease across key commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Source office spaces across commercial buildings, business parks, and standalone assets.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, IPCs, and local brokers.
- Identify exclusive mandates and off-market leasing opportunities.
- Conduct market mapping and track new vacancies and upcoming supply.
- Evaluate properties based on location, building grade, parking, amenities, connectivity, etc.
- Collect and maintain property details including area, rent, CAM, deposit, fit-out status and availability.
- Maintain updated office property inventory and CRM records.
- Coordinate property visits and support the leasing team with client requirements.




- Assist in commercial proposals and landlord negotiations.
- Prepare regular sourcing and market intelligence reports.

- New office spaces sourced
- Active inventory maintained
- Qualified properties added to CRM
- Site visits arranged
- Property-to-lease conversion

Candidate Profile

- 5–6 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate / Office Leasing / Property Sourcing / Brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of the respective city's commercial office market.
- Existing network of landlords, developers and brokers will be an advantage.
- Strong networking, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing / Real Estate preferred.
- Must be proactive, field-oriented and target-driven.
