? Location: Noida

? Experience: 4+ Years

? Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Automation or related

We are looking for an experienced Proposal & Tender Executive with robust expertise in Industrial Automation, Tender Management, Costing, Estimation & Techno-Commercial Proposals.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end GeM, e-Procurement & Private Tenders
- Review BOQ, technical specifications, drawings & scope of work
- Prepare Technical & Techno-Commercial Proposals
- Manage BOQ, Costing, Estimation & Rate Analysis
- Prepare project costing including material, vendor quotations, manpower, installation, commissioning, freight, GST and other project-related costs
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Procurement, Vendors & Management




- Evaluate vendor quotations & prepare comparative statements
- Manage EMD, BG, declarations & tender documentation
- Ensure timely and compliant online/physical tender submission

? Required Skills:

✅ Industrial Automation & Control Systems

✅ PLC / SCADA / HMI / DCS knowledge

✅ BOQ Analysis, Costing & Estimation

✅ Techno-Commercial Proposal Preparation

✅ GeM / Government / Private Tendering

✅ Strong MS Excel skills

✅ Good coordination & documentation skills

⭐ Preferred Experience: CEMS, AQMS, EQMS, Environmental Monitoring, Analyzers or System Integration projects.
