Role Description The Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Property

Consultant will guide clients through the property selection and transaction process, including understanding their requirements, presenting suitable options, and supporting them with site visits and negotiations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate projects, coordinating with developers and internal teams, and ensuring accurate information is shared with clients. The role also involves responding to inquiries,



providing professional consultation on market trends, and working toward sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The Property

Consultant is expected to document interactions, follow up consistently, and deliver a high standard of service at every stage of the client journey.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to understand client needs, recommend suitable properties, and stay informed about market trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, handle queries, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to manage leads, achieve targets, and support successful property transactions.
- Preferred qualifications include prior experience in real estate, property sales, or consulting roles, especially in the Bengaluru market.
