Triple7 IT Digital is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Project Management Head to manage and deliver software development projects successfully.

The candidate will be responsible for planning projects, managing teams, coordinating with clients, monitoring timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

Responsibilities

- Manage software development projects from planning to delivery
- Create project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate developers, designers, QA, DevOps, and other teams
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance
- Manage multiple projects and priorities
- Communicate with clients and understand requirements
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates
- Identify and resolve project issues and blockers
- Manage project risks, deadlines, and resources
- Ensure timely and quality delivery
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Work with management on project strategy and delivery

Requirements
- Experience in Project Management,



preferably in the IT/software industry
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent client communication skills
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good decision-making and leadership abilities
