About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Technology Deployments & Delivery to manage end-to-end customer implementation and deployment projects across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technology deployments, hardware + software implementations, multi-site rollouts, client management, cross-functional coordination, and go-live execution.

This is a high-ownership role requiring excellent communication, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Own a portfolio of customer deployment and implementation projects from order through go-live and project closure.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Coordinate engineering, software integration, hardware, logistics, support, and field installation teams.
- Act as the primary project contact for customers and manage client-side stakeholders and dependencies.
- Drive site readiness, hardware shipment, staging, configuration, integration testing, UAT, training, and go-live.
- Conduct go-live readiness reviews and manage post-go-live hypercare and stabilization.
- Track project milestones and coordinate with Finance/Sales on billing, purchase orders, and commercial milestones.
- Identify risks, blockers, scope changes, and schedule impacts; escalate issues proactively.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, trackers, and closure reports.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, templates,



checklists, and delivery workflows.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 3 years managing technology deployments involving both hardware and software.
- Experience managing multi-site technology rollouts / implementations.
- Strong experience in client-facing project management and stakeholder management.
- Experience coordinating distributed cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English.
- Robust planning, organizational, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management/tracking tools and spreadsheets.
- Comfortable working primarily during North American Eastern Time business hours.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.

- POS integrations such as Oracle Simphony or comparable enterprise POS platforms
- Hardware logistics, staging, and field installation management
- Channel partners / reseller-led deployments
- CRM systems, ideally Zoho
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification
- Experience managing project billing milestones or collections
