Role & responsibilities

. PRE-CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT PLANNING

- Review project objectives, capacity, budget, timelines and client requirements.
- Review site survey, roof condition, structural adequacy, shadow analysis and existing electrical infrastructure.
- Review feasibility studies, solar yield assessment and proposed system configuration.
- Establish project execution strategy, baseline programme, milestones and reporting mechanism.
- Define technical scope, specifications, BOQ and tender requirements.

1. DESIGN & TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT

- Review EPC contractors detailed engineering and design submissions.
- Review PV layout, SLD, module/inverter selection, cable sizing and protection systems.
- Review mounting structure, waterproofing interface, earthing and lightning protection design.




- Coordinate interfaces with existing LT/HT systems, DG, transformer and building electrical infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and client technical requirements.

1. PROCUREMENT & EPC CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT

- Support technical evaluation and comparison of EPC contractor proposals.
- Review procurement schedules and long-lead equipment requirements.
- Monitor contractor mobilisation, manpower, resources and material availability.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals and work programmes.
- Coordinate Client, EPC Contractor, consultants, utilities and other stakeholders.
