Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Panipat. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing residential real estate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.

The Project

Manager coordinates with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders, manages schedules and resources, and oversees expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Daily tasks include monitoring project progress, conducting and supervising site inspections, resolving operational issues, preparing status reports,



and maintaining clear documentation and communication with senior management. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards while driving continuous improvement in project execution.

Qualifications

- Solid project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with expeditor and expediting functions to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Proficiency in inspection processes, quality control, and compliance with construction and safety standards.
- Knowledge of logistics management for coordinating site deliveries, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience managing real estate or construction projects, preferably residential developments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with construction management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Panipat and manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
