About the Role

Looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our crew! Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the planning and execution of product design projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, industrial designers, prototyping specialists, and other project stakeholders, to drive project progress and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines, identifying critical milestones and resource requirements to support project objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments, issue resolution, and change management processes to address potential project challenges and ensure project alignment with client requirements.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation, tracking project expenditures, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure project success.
- Manage client interactions and expectations, including project status updates, milestone reviews, and stakeholder engagement, to foster strong client relationships and satisfaction.
- Monitor project performance metrics, collect project data, and generate reports for management review and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, best practices, and lessons learned to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering is mandatory.
- Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Strategic Design Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in project management within a product design or engineering environment, with a strong understanding of product development processes, design methodologies, and project lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional project teams, driving project delivery and collaboration across different disciplines to achieve project goals.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Jira, or similar applications, to create project plans, manage resources, and track project progress.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate project team members and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering quality project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and best practices in project management.
