Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Project

Manager will oversee interior design projects from initiation to completion, coordinating timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities include planning project phases, managing vendors and contractors, monitoring site progress, and resolving issues that may impact schedules or costs. The role involves expediting materials and approvals, supervising inspections, and coordinating logistics to ensure all elements arrive and are installed on time.

The Project

Manager will collaborate closely with designers, clients, and project teams,



provide regular status updates, and maintain documentation for all project activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and follow-up of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify quality, compliance with design specifications, and adherence to safety standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate vendors, transportation, storage, and on-site installation activities.
- Relevant experience in interior design, construction, or fit-out projects, preferably in residential and commercial settings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to read and understand design drawings, project plans, and technical specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in project management, engineering, interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with interior design workflows is an advantage.
