Job Role:
Recruit, onboard and develop insurance advisors/agents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors.
Support advisors in achieving business objectives.
Generate recent business prospects through the agency network.
Drive advisor engagement, productivity and retention.
Key Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory.
Experience in Life Insurance / Agency Channel is preferred.
Valuable communication and relationship management skills.
Strong interpersonal and business development skills.
