Configure end-to-end asset lifecycle processes: Procure → Receive → Deploy → Maintain → Retire → Dispose
Implement and manage integrations with:
Nexthink (end-user/device insights)
Microsoft ecosystem (M365, SCCM, Intune)
Azure (subscriptions, VMs, cloud assets)
Other discovery and inventory sources as applicable
Robust understanding of software licensing models and compliance.
Experience with integrations using REST APIs and ServiceNow spokes.
Solid knowledge of CMDB, discovery, and data normalization.
Normalize, reconcile, and optimize asset and entitlement data.
Support license compliance, optimization, audits, and true-ups.
Configure workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and controls.
Collaborate onsite with procurement, IT operations, security, and finance teams.

Support CMDB alignment and reconciliation with ITAM data.
