We are seeking a creative, technology-savvy and detail-oriented Instructional Design Intern to support the design and development of engaging digital learning solutions. The intern will work closely with the Senior Instructional Designer and contribute to e-learning content creation, storyboarding, multimedia development, AI-enabled learning solutions and LMS deployment.

Key responsibilities

/n

/n

/n
Assist in designing and developing e-learning modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) Support content structuring, storyboarding, and scripting for online courses

/n
Help source and create media assets — images, icons, audio, and simple animations

/n
Conduct quality reviews and testing of completed modules across devices and LMS platforms Maintain and organize project files, asset libraries, and version histories

/n
Support LMS content uploads and basic administration tasks

/n
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and feedback reviews

/n

Qualifications

/n

/n

/n




Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Mass Communication, English Literature or related fields.

/n
Robust written and verbal communication skills.

/n
Excellent content writing and editing capability.

/n
Robust attention to detail and creativity.

/n
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

/n

Preferred Competencies

/n

/n

/n
Hands-on experience (academic or personal) with Articulate 360, Storyline, or Rise

/n
Familiarity with any LMS platform (Moodle, Cornerstone, TalentLMS, etc.)

/n
Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)

/n
Experience with video or audio editing tools

/n
Understanding of adult learning principles (ADDIE, SAM, or similar instructional design frameworks)
