Role Description The BIM Modeler is a full-time, in office role located in Coimbatore. This role involves creating and updating detailed BIM models, coordinating architectural and MEP elements, and preparing construction drawings based on project specifications and standards. The BIM Modeler will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure models are accurate, clash-free, and aligned with client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting design inputs, maintaining model integrity and documentation, and supporting project delivery timelines through effective collaboration and communication.




Qualifications
Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) with experience using leading BIM software tools.
Knowledge of Architecture and ability to interpret architectural plans and design intent in 3D models.
Experience as a Modeler, with capability to develop, modify, and manage coordinated models for complex projects.
Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and integration within BIM models.
Ability to produce transparent and accurate Construction Drawings from BIM models in line with project standards.
Relevant technical diploma or degree in civil, architectural, or mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) and basic understanding of clash detection workflows.
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and willingness to work in office in Coimbatore.
Prior experience in outsourcing or international projects is an advantage.
