Role Summary

n

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with 6+ years of experience in building data-driven solutions and delivering actionable business insights through Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI . The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and US Healthcare , along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into impactful data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
n
- Build, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
n
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, analytical models, and solutions using Python and SQL .
n
- Work on AI/ML use cases to address business challenges and improve decision-making.
n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
n
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
n
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate insights.
n
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple data sources.
n
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Business, and other cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
n
- Stay current with advancements in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, and US Healthcare .
n

Required Skills

n

n
- 6+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / US Healthcare.
n
- Strong programming skills in Python .
n
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL .
n
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, including Regression, Classification, Clustering, Forecasting, Neural Networks , and related techniques.
n
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and data mining.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
n
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
n

- Experience with Databricks .
n
- Exposure to Business Analysis and Stakeholder Management .

- Knowledge of cloud platforms and big data technologies.

- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

Work Mode: Hybrid – 2–3 Days Work From Office

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

n

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

n

Interview Process: 2nd round should be flexible to attend In person interview at Sagility office.
