Manage and develop relationships with bank partners and customers.
Generate insurance business through the assigned bank branch network.
Work closely with bank staff to identify and convert potential customers.
Explain suitable insurance products based on customer requirements.
Maintain robust relationships with customers and bank officials.
Achieve business objectives through effective customer engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduation is mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in Life Insurance / Bancassurance preferred.
Candidates with relevant BFSI sales experience can be considered.
Valuable communication and relationship management skills.
Robust customer-handling and interpersonal abilities.
