Production Support & ReliabilityRequired Skills & Experience8–10+ years of robust SQL Server DBA experienceMin 6+ years of hands-on working experience with PostgreSQLProven expertise in performance tuning, HA/DR, and production system managementMin 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure SQL, AWS RDS, or other managed database platformsExposure to MySQL / MariaDB and contemporary cloud-native databasesStrong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scripting skillsAutomation & DevOps Alignment
Support automation of database provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance tasks
Work with DevOps teams to integrate database operations within CI/CD pipelines
Use scripting (PowerShell, Python) for operational efficiency
