**Job Description:** We are looking for a ServiceNow ITAM expert with solid experience in managing hardware and software asset lifecycle using ServiceNow. **Key Responsibilities:** + Implement and manage **ServiceNow ITAM modules** - HAM & SAM + Maintain accurate **asset lifecycle, compliance, and reconciliation** + Handle **software license management and optimization** + Integrate asset data with **CMDB and procurement systems** + Support audits and ensure license compliance **Required Skills:** + Strong experience in **ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM)** + Hands-on with **asset lifecycle management and reconciliation** + Good understanding of **IT assets, contracts, and licensing models** + ServiceNow ITAM certification is a plus Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
