Job Title: SAP VIM Consultant AMS Support.

Key Responsibilities.

Provide L2 L3 AMS support for SAP Vendor Invoice Management OpenText VIM.

Handle incidents, service requests, problem management, and change requests within SLA timelines.

Support and troubleshoot invoice processing, exception handling, approvals, and workflow issues.

Monitor and resolve integration issues with SAP FI, MM, Workflow, Archive Server, and OCR solutions.

Perform configuration changes, minor enhancements, and defect fixes.

Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous service improvements.

Collaborate with business users and accounts payable teams to resolve invoice processing issues.

Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.

Required Skills and Experience.

4 to 8 years of experience in SAP VIM support AMS projects.

Strong hands on expertise in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management VIM, Invoice Processing and Exception Handling,



SAP Business Workflow, AP Accounts Payable Processes, and VIM Analytics and Reporting.

Positive understanding of SAP FI MM integration.

Experience with incident management tools ServiceNow, Jira, etc.

Exposure to S4HANA and VIM for S4HANA is preferred.

Preferred Skills.

Experience in manufacturing or shared services setting.

Familiarity with OCR solutions OpenText ICC BCC, ABBYY, etc.

Knowledge of SLA KPI driven AMS support model.

Exposure to Fiori applications and SAP document management.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a global onsite offshore AMS delivery model.

Effective stakeholder communication and user support capabilities.

Valuable documentation and knowledge management skills.
