Position :- Electrical & Maintenance Head

Job Location:- Ahmedabad

Job Description: -
Manage HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, MCCs, cabling, earthing, and plant power distribution.
Handle VFD programming and troubleshooting, motor controls, and electrical systems for production equipment.
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance of CNC machines, agile balancing machines, welding stations, cranes, compressors, and paint booth equipment.
Implement CMMS for maintenance planning, spare management, and MTBF/MTTR tracking.




Conduct RCA for recurring breakdowns using 5 Why, FMEA, and Fishbone analysis.
Plan and execute annual shutdown maintenance, equipment overhauls, and energy conservation initiatives.
Lead electricians, fitters, and maintenance supervisors while ensuring electrical safety and statutory compliance.

Desired Candidate:-
Education Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. – Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Experience: 7+ years of experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role within fan, pump, steel, or heavy engineering industry.
Industry Experience: Fan / Pump / Steel / Heavy Engineering.
