Key Responsibilities:

/n

Develop architectural designs and concepts for interior spaces, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with building codes.

/n
Collaborate with interior designers, clients, and contractors to create detailed project plans.

/n
Prepare architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Photoshop.

/n
Assess site conditions, conduct feasibility studies, and provide design solutions.

/n
Coordinate with engineers, and consultants to integrate structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) requirements.

/n




Ensure timely project execution by supervising construction and installation processes.

/n
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

/n
Lead architectural design and planning for commercial high-rise buildings and corporate interior projects.

/n
Review and approve detailed working drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

/n
10+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in interior commercial projects.

/n
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bim, Sketch Up, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.

/n
Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning.

/n
Excellent communication and project management skills.

/n
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
