Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA qualified to drive quality assurance activities for Salesforce Experience Cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end QA activities for Salesforce applications.
Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT, and Smoke Testing.
Validate Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud functionalities.
Test Lightning Components, Apex functionality, Flows, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, and Automation.
Perform Salesforce Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver.
Execute API and Integration Testing using Postman.
Prepare and review Test Plans, Test Cases,



Test Execution Reports, and Defect Reports.
Track and manage defects using JIRA.
Collaborate with Development, Business, and Product teams in Agile/Scrum settings.
Support release validation and post-production verification.

Mandatory Skills
6+ years of QA experience
Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
Selenium Automation
API Testing using Postman
Salesforce Security, Data Model, Flows, Validation Rules
Agile/Scrum methodology
Robust communication skills

Valuable to Have
Salesforce Administrator/QA Certification
CI/CD and Salesforce Release Management exposure
