Key Responsibilities
Lead Telecom Engineers and Provisioning teams.
Provide technical guidance and project leadership.
Monitor team performance and project progress.
Prepare status and performance reports.
Drive process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with GFiber and external stakeholders.
Manage SOPs, workflows, and MOP documentation.
Conduct regular team reviews and manage escalations.
Support workforce planning and resource utilization.
