Project Execution Manager Cooling Systems

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Execution Manager – Cooling Systems to lead end-to-end execution of cooling infrastructure projects. The role will be responsible for site execution, installation, testing & commissioning, subcontractor management, project coordination, quality, safety, cost, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of data center cooling projects from mobilization to handover.
- Manage installation and execution of:

- CRAC / CRAH units

- Chillers
- CDU – Coolant Distribution Units
- RDHX / Rear Door Heat Exchangers

- Pumps
- Chilled water / DX systems

- Secondary cooling piping
- Valves, headers and associated equipment
- Coordinate with HVAC, Electrical, Civil, BMS, Fire & IT teams for integrated project execution.




- Review and interpret GA drawings, P&IDs;, HVAC layouts, shop drawings and BOQs.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractor resources.
- Monitor project schedule, progress, productivity and site readiness.
- Manage HVAC/cooling subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure installation is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
- Lead testing, commissioning, TAB and performance validation of cooling systems.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients and internal engineering/procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC, EHS and data center standards.
- Identify execution risks and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Support final inspection, snag closure and project handover.
