Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training on Project Management concepts and tools.

- Train students on project planning, scheduling, resource management, cost control, and project monitoring.

- Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, case studies, and practical exercises.

- Provide hands-on training using industry-relevant project management software.

- Conduct assessments, mock projects, quizzes, and practical evaluations.

- Guide students through real-world project management case studies and project-based learning.

- Explain project management concepts using practical industry examples.

- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and student progress reports.

- Support students in developing job-ready project management and professional skills.

- Conduct workshops, seminars, demonstrations, and industry-oriented sessions.

- Stay updated with current project management methodologies, tools, and industry practices.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.





- PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 03 years of experience in Project Management, Planning, Project Coordination, Construction Management, or Technical Training.

- Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or other project management tools is preferred.

- Candidates with solid project management software knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered.
