About the RoleWe are looking for an Interior Project Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating interior/furniture projects from order confirmation to final delivery and installation. The candidate will act as a link between clients, designers, sourcing, production, logistics, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end interior and furniture projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, vendors, sourcing, production, QC, and logistics teams.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Follow up on quotations, drawings, samples, approvals, production, dispatch, and installation.
- Ensure project requirements, specifications, quantities, and timelines are clearly communicated to relevant teams.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively highlight delays or potential issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and production.
- Track material status, delivery schedules, and installation activities.
- Review project-related documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications for coordination purposes.




- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely project updates.
- Coordinate site visits and resolve day-to-day project-related issues.
- Ensure proper handover of completed projects and maintain project documentation.
- Escalate critical issues to the Project Manager/Management when required.

Must Have
- 2–5 years of experience in interior projects, furniture, architecture, construction, or project coordination.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Valuable understanding of interior/furniture project execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Nice to Have
- Experience working with high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, or furniture projects.
- Knowledge of BOQ, MR sheets, drawings, costing, procurement, and installation processes.
