About the job We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to lead and oversee the development.

The Program

Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative Satellite products that meet safety, regulatory, and performance standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of satellite programs.
- Assist preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements.
- Directing a gamut of technology projects project Management and driving projects while ensuring timely delivery of multiple projects as per requirements of compliance, time & cost parameters while identifying dependencies, and evaluating risks & issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams,



and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Work with team to identify risks and opportunities and resolve across multiple projects within the department
- Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders and manage all aspect of the program.
- Good Knowledge in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Power Bi
- Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates task, to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
- Conduct contract review and manage new production introduction processes.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field); master's degree preferred.
- 6-10 years of experience in engineering program/project management in defence, aerospace, automotive, or high-tech hardware domains.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- 5 or more years’ experience in project management, program planning, or business operations
- 3 or more years’ experience in advising and influencing managers and non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
- 3 or more years using project management best practices and tools
- 2 or more years interfacing with senior leadership
