About the role

We are looking for a Program Manager – Learning & Academics to own the academic quality and execution of our programs at Mesa.

You will work closely with faculty, industry leaders, and internal teams to ensure our courses are thoughtfully designed, well delivered, and continuously improved.

This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role. You will build systems, solve problems, work across multiple stakeholders, and continuously raise the bar for the academic experience at Mesa.

Key responsibilities

Learning & Academics

- Discover, evaluate, and onboard high-quality faculty and practitioners.
- Vet and refine course outlines, learning outcomes, session plans, and teaching materials.
- Ensure all academic content is finalised, quality-checked, and ready on the LMS ahead of sessions.
- Evaluate classroom delivery and work closely with faculty to continuously improve academic quality.
- Track and improve student participation, assignments, grading, office hours, and academic communication.
- Own term calendars, academic planning, structuring, and communication.
- Plan and evolve specialisations and concentrations based on student needs and industry trends.




- Drive meaningful AI integration across the curriculum and learning experience.
- Design and execute Startup Leader and practitioner-led learning experiences.

Who are we looking for ?

- 4–8 years of experience in program management, learning, academics, edtech, consulting, or a similar role
- Strong ownership of programs or projects end-to-end
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to quality and detail, with a strong understanding of what makes a great learning experience
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Curious about AI and excited about how it can transform learning and education
- High ownership, energy, and bias towards action
