Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in Law after Ph.D.
OR
Minimum 8 years of experience after NET, with at least 5 publications
Eligibility:
LL.M. (Two-year full time regular programme) with minimum 55% marks
Ph.D. in Law
Skills/Qualifications Required:
Specialization and teaching expertise in Intellectual Property Rights
Research publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals
Ph.D. guiding experience (desirable)
Ability to guide postgraduate students and research scholars
Academic leadership and curriculum development skills
