Ph.D. (Nursing) is desirable

Skills/Qualifications Required:

Robust academic leadership and teaching expertise in Child Health Nursing

Ability to guide postgraduate students and research activities

Curriculum development and academic administration skills

Research orientation and scholarly contribution to nursing education
