Key Responsibilities

- Supervise winding, filling, swaging, and assembly operations

- Ensure 100% electrical testing compliance before dispatch

- Manage shift manpower and daily production targets

- Coordinate with procurement for material availability

- Maintain production records and ISO 9001 documentation

Requirements

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Manufacturing Technology

- Experience in electrical component or heater manufacturing preferred

- Familiar with quality tools: incoming inspection, in-process control, final inspection

- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
