Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Planning Manager role based in Bengaluru.

The Production Planning

Manager will oversee daily production planning activities, including creating and updating production schedules, aligning resources, and ensuring on-time completion of fabrication and assembly orders. The role involves coordinating with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to evaluate capacity, prioritize jobs, and resolve bottlenecks while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.

Responsibilities include monitoring workflow, analyzing production data, optimizing processes,



and maintaining accurate documentation for planning, materials, and timelines.

The Production Planning

Manager will also support continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to forecasting and inventory control, and ensure transparent communication across teams to uphold reliability and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Schedules to plan, sequence, and track jobs effectively.
- Experience in Production Management and Planning to coordinate resources, align teams, and meet delivery targets.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in sheet metal fabrication or related engineering industries.
- Proficiency with ERP or production planning software and basic MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or a related field; relevant experience in a fabrication or engineering environment is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with a focus on reliability and confidentiality.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
